Why I Decided To Buy This Adjustable Monitor Arm?

Some time ago I was sharing my new desk setup here. And I got a question why did I choose this specific monitor arm.

So I’ll try to answer this question here.

My goal for the new desk setup was to be able to work comfortably on two curved wide displays hooked to a laptop.

Well, the ultrawide displays came later when it occured I wanted a second display, but when I mounted it next to my flat display it didn’t feel right, so I bought second ultrawide.

If someone doesn’t have two displays they really don’t know what is the struggle with it.

For weeks I was wondering what would be the best setup for such, and I drafted some ideas:

• I want to have two displays on an ergonomic level so I don’t have to look down or up
• I want to have as much space on the desk as it is possible
• I don’t know what I want

I didn’t know what I want specifically, didn’t know what will be best. Additionally, when I looked online for some arms I’ve noticed there’s not much choice.

Especially for ultrawide displays and a laptop.

So my idea was to buy something that I’d be able to adjust to my needs and try various setups.
