Almost 2000 people from the business and science world signed an open letter to stop developing too advanced AI systems.

The development of AI without supervision may result, according to the authors, in a harm for the societies around the world.

The authors ask for a six month pause to settle things up.

In this wave of popularity machine learning systems reached or surpassed the popularity of bitcoin and NFT as its peak.
