We do a lot of communication online nowadays. As a software engineer, I do it a lot. And usually it’s nice. But over the years there were occasions when someone was rude or lacked the communication skills adding to the problems already introduced by the complicated world of coding.

There are various approaches to such problems. It’s always great to discuss it and keep professional manner. But if it’s not enough, AI can help.

I’m pleased to announce the Nicer project. It is an AI powered system to improve communication skills of people that communicate with you.

The installation process is quite easy, it can be connected with ChatGPT and other public or your private language models if you like to have more privacy.

The AI will improve the message for you. You can also change its style completely to adjust your personal tastes.

Here’s an example of a rude message, and the result:

As you can see, the resulting message is way nicer, and gives that little boost you need to fulfill your daily duties!

The system works with Gmail, will work with other web email clients, messengers like Slack, and other depending on the needs.

It’s a great solution to improve the communication skills of your boss, coworkers, clients without expecting them to change!

The project is in early alpha stage, meaning the proof of concept is working.

Currently, I’m gathering capital needed to build this project.

You can join the waiting list! For $39/month, you’ll get early access to the system, once it’ll be ready. There may be additional perks too!

Join the project now, and enhance your communication with Nicer!

What browser based communication platform would you like Nicer to supoort? Write a comment!
