⚠️ Maxim Shafirov Announced JetBrains Closed All Investments In Russia
During 9 months JetBrains secured relocation of over 800 employees in the move to cut ties with the terrorist state
Maxim Shafirov announced in a post on JetBrains’ blog that all company investments in Russia are now closed.
The announcement concludes the work done by the company since March 11, when the CEO of JetBrains announced closing all sales in Russia and Belarus, and R&D projects in Russia.
During that period, the company decided also to close offices in Moscow, Petersburg and Novosibirsk.
Over 800 specialists working for JetBrains were relocated to already established and new offices, including Cyprus, Serbia and Armenia.
JetBrains is know for it’s software development tools, including, but not limited to PyCharm, IntelliJ IDEA, GoLand, Webstorm, ReSharper and the new IDE called Fleet.
JetBrains was vocal about condemning the terrist attack of Russia on Ukraine since the beginning of the invasion. As Maxim Shafirov writes:
