I've found that it's possible to disable poems from the settings. If it comes to privacy according to the website the data is used only to optimise own instance of AI and can be removed. Also it's compliant with SOC 2. However, I'd guess it's more like one on one basis, where a company has to give a green light to be able to use it against their repository
