It's really hard to find any number about internet users that read from bottom to top. Most of the scripting methods that used that approach are long gone. Ogham for example is represented by 400 medieval scripts. So for archeologists supporting bottom to top may make sense. Otherwise not, because no one uses it. That 1% I mentioned seems to be really overestimated.
