It's a great question !

It takes tens of years for a country to switch to a new system at least, and requires a lot of coordinated effort from the government down to public offices, companies to every person. I don't feel like making life difficult for some ppl in a random online form would be beneficial if 99% of times the person used something else whole life. I rather make person happy than forcing a system even if it's very good
