If you are familiar with every technology you have to use, set up everything needed before , have boilerplates and precise idea I believe it can take 24h to set the core up. The thing is that with tech you can get stuck in any point and spend 40 hours for anything from lack of documentation from the vendor to a temporary technology error to own error or having to learn something new. That said it is very lucky to finish everything in 24h.
