If you’re following me, you know Vue.js has lately some great momentum. The Vue development team continually shows dedication to DX and performance without any compromises. The just released Vue.js 3.3 is a perfect example.

The healthy growth of Vue.js wouldn’t be possible without it’s creator — Evan You. While usually dev technologies don’t have a leader in the modern sense of the word, Vue.js surely has one.

A person that is focused on the technical aspects of the progressive framework and makes sure the vision becomes a reality.

Once again we were able to see his great influence on the ecosystem during the first day of Vue.js Live Conference.

The day full of talks, networking and S7 Sire Tim Benniks riffs was something very different than what you usually see at such events.

It reminded me of the early React events in the sense of having the feeling of being a part of something new and exciting.

On the other hand, you don’t feel the corporate air, that even in case of React was always somewhere between the lines. In that sense that React was more an opposition to the corporate character of Facebook, and Angular embraces the corporate culture. In both ways corporate world is always a point of reference.
