A Day In Life Of An Unemployed Software Engineer

There’s a lot of articles and videos on how a day of employed software engineer looks like. But lately I experience life without a job, so today I’ll walk you through my work-day when I’m not working. It’s quite unusual, so it may be interesting.

I’ve woke up at 7 AM to prepare for the day. Made myself a coffee and used my treadmill to walk for a while, half an hour with my headphones on listening to a collection of music. I have several collections of songs. One general one, one I like but I don’t want to listen anymore (too much) and one for singing. Today I chose the one for singing. I’ve finished around 8 AM

After that and other preparations, I’ve done some financial chores. After that I’ve updated my goal status:

It means that I reached 3.28% of goal this month. To be honest it’s quite nice given I just started to do anything regarding Medium back again, and my store with flashcards, t-shirts and desk mats for coders and not only. It took me until 9AM.

Next up, I’ve published social media posts about a new t-shirt drop including this coder shirt:
